Leaving the boat house, off to Italy

Time to leave our boat house in the canal, and start our road trip towards Switzerland and Italy. Packed the car, with charging cable and laundry in the frunk. Gave it a “service”, which for an EV just means topping up the washer fluid 😉.
While packing the car, I happened to see the local rubbish truck, which is fully electric! Much quieter.
First stop for lunch with Helen in Zaandam, under the green municipal building.

Fully charged while parked on the street. Great infrastructure.
