We unexpectedly ended up in Maryborough overnight and popped in to see Caricature Queen. The queen was away in her home studio, drawing, but we had a great chat with Barry and looked at the amazing work.

We’re thinking of ordering one, with us, the Tesla, a charging cable, maybe Fran’s coffee, Tom’s bare feet, an outline of Australia's east coast, and some icons from our trip. Any suggestions?

      Well, I've looked at all the photos on your page... Your trip up the east coast has involved such adventure and .... well, all those dangerous animals like hippo's and elephants! Australia is such an intriguing land! (People don't need to know about your visit to the zoo) :-)

      Caricature Queen: Ha ha. Yes, there have been quite a few animals pictured: Cassowaries, koalas, platypus, lizards, cockatoos, Fran's fear of bats, and yes, the zoo animals (giant bird, lemurs etc). Perhaps a backdrop of Australia's east cost from Saratoga through Dubbo, up to Cape Tribulation, and soon down to Melbourne.

      Whatever you think works well. We're in your hands 🤗.

    Progress Report! Bodies and car drawn .... but this morning spent what felt like two hours going through all your posts and taking note of good subjects to draw. I think this needs to be a book!

    Next Progress Report for you: A big drawing day today (all those little critters!) ... but it's shaping up nicely, and very colourful. I'm at the shop tomorrow, with a number of appointments there, but I'll get back to your picture asap x
